Collection: Ilmor 5500 GDI 5.3L - 300 Hour Serevice

While your Ilmor engine is under the Ilmor and MasterCraft boat warranty. You are required to change out the Raw Water Pump Assembly every 300 hours or 5 years. Once again, the Raw Water Pump that holds your Impeller, is what cools the entire engine. Failure of this part can over heat the engine. 

INSPECT
No real inspection is needed at this time, but as stated before. It is a good idea to perform the same inspection in an Annual Service to make sure everything is working correctly.

CHANGE
Serpentine Belt and Tensioner - Raw Water Pump Assembly - Transmission Oil & Filter
Belt - there was a change in engine design. The belts will be different depending on your year. Please read the description in the part and pick your engine belt.

CHECK

• You need to know what Raw water Pump you have before placing your order for this service. 
• There is a crank mounted RWP for all engines 2020 and newer
  
• There is a side RWP for 2019 and older. This pump is no longer available and requires a conversion kit
• Raw Water Pump mounted on side of engine in Starboard locker, Change at 500 hours.
• Your belt is also effected by the year, so make sure to click on the belts listed below and select your correct year.
