Ilmor ignition coil MV8V-1142 is for the Ilmor engine and requires 8 coil packs. Not all 8 Ilmor ignition coil packs have to be changed out if one is bad. The best way to find a bad coil is to swap it with the one across from it and see if the issue transfers to the other side. If it does a new Ilmor Ignition coil pack will be needed.
