Collection: Ilmor 6000 GDI 6.2L - 500 Hour Service

This is for GDI engines built before 2020. Ilmor introduced an Oil Bath system, when they first launched the GDI model to their lineup. In 2020 they changed the design and went back to the crank mounted system.

Conversion kit - I added the part here if you are interested in changing it out? It does come with the pump and everything needed to switch it out. 

INSPECT
No real inspection is needed at this time, but as stated before. It is a good idea to perform the same inspection in an Annual Service to make sure everything is working correctly.

CHANGE
Raw Water Pump Assembly 

CHECK

• You need to look at your engine and locate the Water Pump.
• This service is for the water pumps mounted to the side of the engine in the starboard locker.
